At three award-winning ramen shops, you’ll sample six completely different mini bowls of ramen, each representing a distinct style. These exclusive mini bowls - about a quarter the size of a regular bowl - are only available to guests on this tour. You’ll choose your own six bowls from a curated selection of twelve ramen varieties.

Between tastings, you’ll explore the world of ramen through visual guides and discussion, learning about its history, regional styles, and preparation techniques. The tour takes place across Ueno and nearby neighborhoods, offering a closer look at how ramen is enjoyed in one of Tokyo’s most local, long-established areas.
