- 01After you submit your request, we’ll follow up by email to clarify a few details and better understand your preferences. From there, we’ll schedule a free consultation call (Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform) to explore ideas and align on your trip. If you decide to move forward: • We’ll begin crafting your custom itinerary • You’ll receive a detailed proposal within 1–2 weeks • You can review, suggest changes, and finalize the plan Once confirmed: • A first payment secures your itinerary • The remaining balance is settled after your trip, allowing for flexibility with any last-minute adjustments or on-the-ground arrangements
- 02Yes — we can assist with restaurant reservations as part of your itinerary planning. Japan can be challenging when it comes to booking restaurants, especially at popular spots. We’ll handle reservations where possible and recommend alternatives when needed to ensure a smooth experience. Just let us know your preferences in the “Additional Notes” section of the itinerary form.
- 03Our custom itineraries are fully tailored to your trip and include a detailed day-by-day plan based on your interests. This typically includes: • Curated activities and experiences • Restaurant recommendations and reservations (upon request) • Route planning to ensure everything flows smoothly We can also arrange a private car and driver if needed. While we don’t book flights or hotels, we’re happy to recommend accommodation options that fit your route and travel style. - 04Yes — if you already have a plan in mind, we’re happy to step in and help bring it to life. We can assist with: • Booking experiences and guided tours • Restaurant reservations • Private transportation (including car services) • Hotel bookings • Flights (if needed) We’ll also review your plan and suggest adjustments where helpful, to ensure everything flows smoothly and fits your travel style.
