After you send us your initial request form, we’ll reach out via email to follow up on some of your answers and ask a few additional questions if needed. Once we have a better idea of what you're looking for, we'll schedule a free consultation call (via Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform) to explore ideas and refine your travel preferences in more detail.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll charge a one-time planning fee (which depends on the length/complexity of your trip) and begin crafting your custom itinerary. Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll receive a detailed proposal that you can review, suggest changes to, and either accept or decline.
Once the proposal is accepted, you’ll pay the first portion of the total trip cost. A final balance will be paid after your trip, which covers any flexible or last-minute elements like additional transportation or on-the-ground arrangements you approved during your travels.

Of course! We know how difficult it can be to reserve a seat at a restaurant in Japan if you don't speak Japanese yourself. And for the most popular restaurants it is hard to get a reservation in general. That's why we can help you with that as well - just let us know in the "Additional Notes" section when filling in the Itinerary Request Form.

Our custom itineraries include a fully planned day-by-day schedule based on your interests - from curated activities and experiences to restaurant reservations (upon request). We can also arrange a private car and driver if needed. While we don’t book flights or hotels, we’re happy to recommend accommodation options that fit your route and style.

Yes! If you’ve already mapped out where you want to go and what you'd like to do, we’re happy to step in and help bring it to life. We can assist with booking experiences, arranging guided tours, making restaurant reservations, and even coordinating private car services if needed.
