Step behind the counter of a real ramen shop during this one-of-a-kind experience in Nezu, Tokyo. You’ll gain rare behind-the-scenes access to a working ramen kitchen - an opportunity that’s typically off-limits to the public.
Feel the energy of an authentic ramen shop as you work inside the kitchen alongside a professional ramen chef. You’ll learn how ramen is prepared in a real shop, from the ingredients that go into the broth to the finishing touches that bring a bowl together.
Under the chef’s guidance, you’ll ladle rich broth, cook the noodles, and even master the art of shaking water from the noodles using a traditional tebo strainer. At the end of the experience, you’ll enjoy the bowl you assembled yourself, along with one of the shop’s specialties - their signature rairaimen - plus two crispy gyoza dumplings.
