Step behind the counter of a real ramen shop in Nezu, Tokyo, for a behind-the-scenes experience that few visitors ever get.
Feel the pace and rhythm of an authentic ramen kitchen as you work alongside a professional ramen chef. You’ll learn how ramen is made the way it’s done in real life, from understanding the soup base and ingredients to seeing how timing and technique bring a bowl together.
With the chef guiding you step by step, you’ll ladle the broth, cook the noodles, and even learn how to properly shake water from the noodles using a traditional tebo strainer. Once your bowl is finished, you’ll sit down to enjoy the ramen you assembled yourself. This includes their signature rairaimen - plus two crispy gyoza dumplings.
This experience is hands-on, personal, and designed to give you a genuine look at what goes on behind the scenes of a real ramen shop.
