At three award-winning ramen shops in Shinjuku, you’ll sample 6 completely different mini bowls - a hands-on introduction to the depth and variety of Tokyo’s ramen scene.

Instead of committing to full bowls, you’ll enjoy quarter-size portions that are exclusive to the tour, giving you the freedom to explore more styles in one evening. You’ll build your own lineup by choosing 6 bowls from a curated selection of 11 ramen varieties, guided by your ramen-loving host - from clean, classic Tokyo styles to richer, more modern bowls.

Between tastings, you’ll dive deeper into ramen through relaxed discussion and visual guides, exploring how different styles developed and what goes into balancing broth, noodles, and toppings. The experience unfolds across central Shinjuku and nearby neighborhoods, adding local context and energy to every stop - and keeping the tour conversational, interactive, and fun rather than lecture-like.
