This is a flavor-focused introduction to Tokyo ramen, set across two of the city’s most exciting neighborhoods.
At three award-winning ramen shops, you’ll sample 6 mini bowls of ramen, each representing a distinct style - from light and refined to rich and indulgent. These quarter-size bowls are exclusive to the tour, letting you taste widely without burning out.
You’ll build your own lineup by choosing six bowls from a curated selection of twelve, guided by your ramen-loving host. Between tastings, you’ll dig deeper into what makes each bowl tick, using visual guides and discussion to explore ramen history, regional styles, and how different broths and noodles come together.
The experience unfolds across central Shibuya and Ebisu, adding local context and energy to every stop - and turning the tour into more than just a tasting.
