Your experience begins with a warm welcome and pre-dinner drink, followed by a brief introduction to the wagyu cuts you’ll be tasting. Your host will guide you on how to approach each course, explaining preparation methods, flavor profiles, and how the sake pairings enhance each dish.
Throughout the tasting, you’ll enjoy a variety of wagyu cuts prepared using different techniques - including grilling, steaming, roasting, boiling, and frying. Each course highlights how cooking style and seasoning bring out distinct textures and flavors, offering a deeper understanding of wagyu’s versatility. Along the way, you’ll also learn about wagyu’s origins, regional differences, and the craftsmanship behind Japan’s most prized beef.
The experience includes 7 wagyu courses, followed by 2 desserts, finishing with a selection of dessert sake and other unique drinks. More than just a meal, this is a relaxed yet immersive experience designed to deepen your appreciation for wagyu, sake, and Japanese culinary culture.
