Indulge in the rich flavors and melt-in-your-mouth texture of premium Wagyu beef. This exclusive tasting experience introduces you to the world of Japanese Wagyu through multiple cooking styles, expertly paired with carefully selected sake.

Your journey begins with a warm welcome and pre-dinner drink, followed by an introduction to the cuts of Wagyu you’ll be enjoying. Our hosts will explain how to best savor each piece and guide you through sake pairings, preparation methods, and flavor notes.

Throughout the experience, you’ll taste different cuts of Wagyu prepared using a variety of techniques - grilling, steaming, roasting, boiling, and frying. Each course highlights how cooking style and seasoning can bring out the unique characteristics of the meat. Along the way, you’ll also learn about Wagyu’s origin, its regional varieties, and the craftsmanship behind its exceptional quality.

The tasting includes 7 courses and 2 desserts, ending with a special selection of dessert sake and other unique drinks to complete your culinary journey. This is more than just a meal - it’s an immersive experience designed to deepen your appreciation for Japan’s most prized beef.

Booking Process

Bookings are made through the form on the right - we will manually confirm your request depending on availability. Once we confirm your request, we will send you an email with a link to pay for the experience via your preferred payment method, after which you'll receive the venue location details.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations or changes to the number of people must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please note that no refunds will be given after this date.

  • If you are unable to arrive on time, or if you do not contact us within 30 minutes of the start of the experience, or if you do not arrive within 1 hour, the experience will be cancelled. Please note that we will not offer a refund in this case.

  • Reservations must be made by advance payment. Seats will be reserved once payment is complete.
