From there, you’ll visit two carefully chosen ramen shops, each known for their early-morning hours and distinct styles. This is Tokyo’s only Breakfast Ramen Tour - designed for early risers, jet-lagged travelers, and anyone who wants to experience ramen the way locals often do: as a quiet, comforting start to the day.

Shop 1 – Classic Tokyo Shoyu Ramen
Start with a Tokyo staple. You’ll learn why shoyu (soy sauce) ramen plays such an important role in the city’s food culture while tasting two mini bowls that highlight its clean, umami-forward balance and timeless appeal.
 

Shop 2 – Rich Tonkotsu Ramen
Next, explore a richer side of ramen with tonkotsu — a creamy pork-bone broth known for its depth and savoriness. You’ll enjoy one mini bowl finished with fragrant garlic oil, plus two crisp gyoza dumplings to round out your breakfast.
