We’ll kick things off at a nearby coffee shop, where our expert ramen guide will walk you through Ramen Basics and test your knowledge with a fun ramen quiz to set the tone for the day. Then it’s time to hit two carefully selected ramen shops, each known for their early-morning offerings and distinct flavors.

Shop 1 – Classic Tokyo Shoyu Ramen
