Join an intimate sushi workshop led by a master chef with experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. In this hands-on experience, you’ll watch professional knife techniques up close, see live nigiri demonstrations, and learn how simple ingredients are transformed into exceptional sushi.
With bilingual staff and groups capped at fewer than 10 guests, the workshop offers a relaxed, personal setting with plenty of one-on-one guidance throughout the session.
What You'll Make (3 Types of Sushi)
① Nigiri - Classic sushi with a slice of fish on top of rice
② Maki - Traditional Sushi rolls wrapped in seaweed
③ Gunkan- “Battleship-style” sushi wrapped in seaweed and topped with various ingredients
