This exclusive experience features a carefully composed 5–7 course kaiseki meal, prepared in front of you by a dedicated chef. Each course highlights seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques, from pristine sashimi to melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef. A standout dish is the restaurant’s renowned tofu, made using a recipe that has been passed down for centuries.
